Welcome to Purr-sonality!

 

My journey with cats spans fifty years and five very special felines. For decades, I never actually "picked" a pet. They chose me. In fact, our very first cat came with the house when we moved in. For the next forty-plus years, three more cats entered our lives entirely by accident, becoming beloved friends along the way.

That changed after our fourth cat passed away early from squamous cell carcinoma. For the first time, our home was quiet and catless. That loss led us to a local shelter, where we deliberately chose our fifth companion.

This blog is a celebration of those unique feline personalities and the joy they bring into our homes.
